  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Any unpaid balances are subject to a late fee as specified in the contract.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel services prior to the commencement of the project. Cancellations after work has begun are subject to charges for work completed and materials purchased up to the cancellation date. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the project contract.

  • Workmanship: ALLORA Contracting Ltd. warrants that all work will be performed professionally and to industry standards.

  • Materials: Warranties on materials are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and are not covered by ALLORA Contracting Ltd. beyond installation.

  • Defects and Repairs: If any defects or issues arise within the warranty period specified in the contract, ALLORA will repair or replace the affected area at no additional cost to the client.

7. Liability
ALLORA Contracting Ltd. is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence of the client or other parties.

  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the start of the project.

  • Consequential or incidental damages resulting from project delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Site Access and Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide ALLORA Contracting Ltd. with necessary access to the property to complete the project. Clients are responsible for securing any required permits unless otherwise specified in the project contract. Additionally, clients agree to keep the worksite free of obstacles or hazards that could delay project completion.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy
ALLORA Contracting Ltd. respects client privacy and will not disclose any personal or project-related information to third parties without consent, except as required for legal or regulatory compliance.

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings as outlined in the project contract.
